Privacy Policy

Manikandan Krishnan, trading as Videocadence, is the data controller for the information described here. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email address and, if you provide one, your mobile number. Used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
Billing details — your billing country, GSTIN if you give one, and the invoices we issue. We never see or store your card or UPI details; those go directly to our payment processor.
Connected platform accounts — access tokens for the YouTube and Instagram accounts you connect. These are encrypted at rest and used only to publish on your behalf.
Content you create — topics, scripts, and the videos rendered from them.
Operational records — sign-in times, errors, and what was published when, so the service can be run and problems investigated.

Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run the service: Razorpay for payments, Resend for email, Anthropic for writing scripts, and Microsoft Azure for speech. Your videos are published to the platforms you connect. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Rendered video files are deleted after your plan's retention window; the record of the video and its statistics stay with your account.
Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Everything else is deleted when you delete your workspace.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your workspace entirely. Write to support@videocadence.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting a workspace removes its accounts, channels, videos and connected platform tokens.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Platform credentials are encrypted at rest with a key that is never stored beside the data it protects. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never recoverable, only resettable.

Cookies

We use a single browser storage entry to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
