Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Every plan can be tried without paying. The free plan makes three videos a month with no card required, so you can see exactly what the service produces before you buy anything. Because of that, paid months are not fully refundable. What you can get back depends on when you cancel, and is set out below.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & usage in your account, or by cancelling the mandate in your bank or UPI app. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, and your videos remain in your account.

Refunds

Within 7 days of a payment — if you cancel, we refund 50% of that payment. The remainder covers the videos already generated and published, which cannot be un-made.
After 7 days — we refund 30% of that payment. Most of the month's videos have been generated and published by then, and those costs are already spent.

How to ask

Email support@videocadence.com from the address on your account, telling us which payment you mean. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is returned by the same method you paid with, and reaches you in 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

If something is our fault

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service failed to publish anything at all for a month, tell us and we refund that month in full. The rules above are for changing your mind, not for our mistakes.
