Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Videocadence (“the service”), operated by Manikandan Krishnan, 38H/7 Selliandi Amman Kovil Street, Edappadi, Salem, Tamil Nadu 637101, India. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

Videocadence writes, narrates and renders short-form videos, and publishes them to the YouTube and Instagram accounts you connect, on a schedule you choose. You keep ownership of the videos it produces for you.

Your account

• You are responsible for what is published from your connected accounts, including that it complies with the rules of YouTube and Instagram.
• You must not use the service to publish unlawful material, to impersonate anyone, or to infringe copyright — including music you do not have the right to use.
• You may disconnect a platform account at any time; we stop publishing to it immediately.

Plans, limits and payment

• Each plan carries a monthly allowance of videos and a limit on channels and connected accounts. Allowances reset each billing month and do not carry over.
• Prices are shown before you pay and exclude GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are notified before each charge and may cancel the mandate at any time from your bank or UPI app, or from your account.
• Refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellation policy.

Things outside our control

Publishing depends on YouTube and Instagram, whose APIs, quotas and policies can change or fail without notice. We will retry and tell you when something does not go out, but we cannot guarantee that a specific video is published at a specific moment, and we are not responsible for action a platform takes against your account.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that does not pay, that abuses the service, or that puts our platform accounts at risk. Where we can, we will contact you first.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to your account address at least seven days before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
